The skipark Mladé Buky is located in the East of Krkonoše / Giant Mountains close to the town Trutnov and not really 2 hours driving from Prague. The area offers, thanks to the width and profile of the slopes, ski activities for families with kids and for skier which are looking for ski slopes and ski lifts with less numbers of people. The snow park is a paradise for snowboarders and freestylers. The daily well-groomed and with artificial snow covered ski slopes (5,1 km) are served by 7 ski lifts and a three-seat chair lift. There is a separate KID-Park available for kids and beginners equipped with a moving belt, a rope ski lift and with many figures and through cages just for fun. No other ski area offers the nighttime skiing on 4,1km long well-groomed and well-lit slopes in the Czech Republic. Visitors will find ski rents, ski schools, restaurants and free of charge parking places in the skipark Mladé Buky. It is possible to reach us by ski buses from the town Trutnov.
